If you are looking for emotional healing from sexual/emotional/physical abuse, or you need to recover from other forms of trauma, I would love to help! My Background and Approach
Mental health can be a difficult journey. But it doesn’t need to be a journey walked alone. There may be multiple reasons why you are reading this page today and seeking out support. I am glad that you have found your way here. I am committed to helping you learn how to cope with challenges in your life. My main priority is creating a safe space for you to explore and process your mental health. I believe in being able to do this, you need to feel comfortable so that you can be yourself and explore different perspectives. I tailor my theoretical approach based on each client’s individual needs. Together, we will discover and learn about the self-compassion and mental health tools that you need to fit your unique growth plan.
