My Background and Approach

In this life you take on challenges, build authentic relationships, and feel confident. You can have that life and I can help. I use effective evidence-based tools. Many of my clients see results in three months or less. My approach is warm, authentic, lighthearted, and direct. I employee skills from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Mindfulness.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I make an effort to understand my privilege and feel strongly in supporting issue related to Black Lives Matter, LGBT rights, and addressing islamophobia. This comes from my personal experience of working with many colleagues and clients from diverse cultural and racial backgrounds and hearing from them their strengths and struggles. .
