My Background and Approach
We are all about conversation. When you come to therapy, you can expect to have open and honest conversations about what is going on in your life, how it's impacting your feelings, thoughts and your environment. We will work together to develop goals for our time together and explore the ways society plays a role in how you see yourself and your relationships. As therapists who value multiculturalism, we bring a multicultural lens into our conversations, which is something you may or may not be used to. But it's great, truly. Our hope is that through these conversations, the light bulb in your brain lights up really brightly and you get to make some changes in your life based on the awareness you come to.
