I am a Therapist who specializes in developing a therapeutic relationship in order to best help adults and families with issues surrounding depression, anxiety, and life and health transitions. I enjoy taking a solution-focused and goal-oriented approach to therapy.

My goal is to help you understand “you” as well as focus on developing your internal and external strengths. Through the use of a personalized approach, I will help you explore what healthy expressions of emotions are, how to effectively communicate your needs to others and learn to incorporate self care.
