About My Clients
We specialize in and care deeply about working with folks who have faced and survived various kinds of trauma, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, and depression. We work with people who are exploring all parts of their identities, from relationships and work to sexuality, gender, spirituality, and creativity. Challenging early life experiences affect the teen years and adulthood. This can lead to loneliness, despair, constant longing, confusion, panic, or withdrawal from life.
My Background and Approach
All of our therapists value the therapy relationship and know that building trust with our clients takes top priority. Our therapists work collaboratively with their clients to help them reach their goals. Aside from talk therapy, some of our therapists are EMDR-trained, Somatic Experiencing-trained, and skilled in Art Therapy. These body-based, mindfulness-based, and creative approaches to therapy can be helpful for clients who are feeling stuck and want more connection to mind, body, and spirit. We believe that you know yourself best; we're here to help guide you to your inner knowing and hold space for the multiple layers that can unfold in the process.
