About My Clients
I particularly enjoy working with individuals impacted by issue of identity, intersectionality, relational and attachment struggles, intergenerational trauma, disconnection, imposter syndrome, and improving self-esteem.I hold specialized awareness to the unique issues of mental health and intersectionality, focusing primarily on racial identity/issues impacting black women, LGBTQIA+ communities, BIPOC, and allies.
My Background and Approach
I am psychodynamically and relationally-oriented and trained, meaning I tend to lean into understanding patterns, looking at history and it's role in habits and tendencies, how we choose to relate and who we tend to be drawn towards. I also enjoy using EMDR to address underlying trauma. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I identify as a Black-biracial cisgendered heterosexual spiritually-curious queer-affirming woman. I am a native to the Bay Area, an empath, a curious mind, a trauma survivor, a mother, and a former lawyer.
