I believe strongly in the inherent worth and potential to heal of every client I see. In our work together we'll help you uncover that worth and potential through a relationship built on acceptance, non-judgement, and respect. To put it simply, the relationship we build together, with you leading the way, is the foundation to you feeling better.

Our earliest caregiver bonds have the biggest impact on how we manage emotions and relationships as an adult. When we understand our attachment styles we're better able to understand how we can process our emotions, change unhealthy patterns, and ask for what we need in relationships.

My background, prior to becoming a therapist, is in theater and dance/movement. Post-graduation I've received continued training and supervision in integrating expressive arts modalities such as art therapy, dance/movement therapy, and drama therapy. Sometimes words aren't enough. When it feels right, we'll weave in creative practices like art, movement, imagery, and writing to get a clearer picture of how you feel and what you need.
