For the past the past 9 years, my practice has been focused on academic counseling, vocational counseling, and mental health. I practice cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focus therapy.
My approach differs from person to person, because it is tailored specifically to the person. My main goal as a psychotherapist is to help you identify and treat physical, emotional, and mental problems that you are facing. I am here to offer you informed choices and techniques that will allow you to choose how to solve these problems. My role is to give you the tools needed to help gain control of your emotions and find that inner voice that will allow you to continue coping with obstacles in the future.
