Most people in this day and age struggle with anxiety. It is treatable and workable.

This is the most common diagnosis people come in with. Sometimes life becomes overwhelming and sometimes there needs to be an adjustment.

We work a lot with abuse. People from abusive relationships and people who came from abusive homes. Often times, people do not even realize until they are adult how abusive their home was as a child because it seems normal.

This is a great approach to working through someone's cognitive focus. It helps them reframe some life decisions.

Frankly this is the most important part of the practice. Finding out your attachment style makes so much sense to whom you decide to partner with. If your attachment styles are mismatched, this can be a potential problem.

Working with teenagers really allows this type of therapy to work well. Teenagers put things in pictures they would normally never discuss or think to discuss. Maybe feet missing might suggest she feels stuck or an enlarged hand might indicate abuse.
