I will help you by focusing on two things: your understanding of yourself and your ability to feel emotions and process them successfully. We explore what makes you you and why things aren't currently working for you. Alongside a better understanding of what makes you tick I will help you experience yourself and your feelings in a new and less threatening way. You will gain a new understanding of yourself coupled with a better capacity to move through your feelings without being tossed around by them.
