My Background and Approach
Clients are active participants in the design and structure of the therapeutic process. I'm specializing in couples and family therapy including EFT and Gottman methods as well as PTSD and complex trauma treatment. I have excessive experience with depression and anxiety treatment for adults and adolescents. I teach mindfulness and mindfulness meditation.
