I utilize inner-child work and parts work to strengthen the secure attachment bonds within your own system. As we work with your deepest attachment wounds and traumas, you grow in your ability to engage in healthy relationships with others. Your self-confidence and sense of security deepens. You get a clearer vision of the types of connection you need with others, how to communicate those needs, and how to utilize boundaries.

I'm working toward LCAS certification. I bring in Buddhist teachings as well as other recovery modalities in to support your struggle with addictive behaviors. I believe that the basic philosophy of Buddhism lends itself perfectly to working with addiction-- our suffering is often caused by craving, and that craving is for our experience to be different. I want to help you honor your experience in every moment--just as it is.

I have training in the trauma resiliency model and have utilized nervous system regulation tools in much of my work. I will offer education around trauma and the nervous system, and teach you how to bring down your anxiety with skill and compassion. *I will not dishonor experiences of systemic oppression and injustice. Your experiences will be validated, and I will not pressure you to feel "okay" about a society that isn't.*

One of my favorite parts of being a therapist is to be with people through their relationships-- the ups and downs, communication struggles, sex/kink exploration, gender transitions, boundary practice, and attachment wounding. I love to see folks with any orientation in any relationship configuration, especially folks within the LGBTQIA+ community.

I want to come along-side your spiritual journey. This could be anything from implementing mindfulness practices for the first time to integrating mystical/psychedelic experiences to unpacking religious trauma to navigating spiritual practice without appropriating or harming. I find something to respect and appreciate in nearly all spiritual and religious traditions. I would love to help you traverse your intact or broken connection to the Whole.
