Anxious? Depressed? Fearful or overwhelmed by uncertainty of COVID? It is crucial to obtain support and help before the chaos becomes out of control in your life. Counseling offers a place of refuge to discuss how COVID-19 has impacted you and what steps you need to take to move forward in health.
My Background and Approach
As a licensed Naturopath Physician and LMHC, I offer an integrative approach to health. I have substantial training in trauma-informed care and crisis management. I provide traditional talk therapy, biofeedback, Ayurveda psychotherapy, sound therapy, and energy healing. All of these modalities provide an enriching experience and safe space to explore.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
COVID-19 has throttled the entire world into uncharted territory. Feelings of anxiety, depression, fear, and the inability to cope are normal reactions to our current environment.
