About My Clients
When you are feeling overwhelmed or stressed about life, how often do you wish you could have some work-life balance? How often do you tell yourself that this time is truly the last time? Yet, another day goes by and some more stress gets stacked on your shoulders and you are just stuck without solutions. I want all of my clients to experience life at it's fullest but know that on average only 2/10 of us will experience that feeling of life success. That is my mission in life.
My Background and Approach
After quitting on a 10 career in graphic design, I realized that my life long hobby of helping people envision and achieve their goals was actually a job called career counseling. That's when I decided to change everything and earn my master's in counseling. Since then, I have been refining and perfecting a handful of life and personal development strategies to help you overcome even the most complex work-life issues. Over years of studying the most recent research on motivation and change, I've designed models and interventions to help you identify what's really causing your pain so that you can take control of your life. We'll work together to pinpoint the: 1) thought patterns that are controlling your behaviors, 2) the strengths you can rely on and weaknesses that burn you out 3) the life scripts that you play out with the people around you. We'll design a life that your anxiety can't penetrate, you depression can't control, and your stressors can't stick to.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a child, I believed that superheroes were real and would save the world. I've changed my beliefs as I've grown and you can read them below. 1) I believe that each and every person should have the ability and support to construct their legacy and be remembered in history for what's best about them. 2) I believe that you can are in control of your life, your emotions, and your behaviors when you focus on what's right about you. 3) I believe that each person has a right to educate themselves on their passions, design a life that plays to their strengths, and feel purpose and fulfillment in both work and personal life. 4) Most importantly, I believe that each person is a good person at their core and that each of us can tolerate injustices, mistreatment, loneliness, criticism, etc. But, sometimes we just need a little help fo to figure it out and get us going. I believe that is why I'm here. I exist to unleash young professionals so that they can change the world.
