About My Clients
My commitment to you as your therapist is to hold space for you, free from judgment, to heal, grow, and become the best version of yourself, while learning practices of mindfulness and self-acceptance. It would be an honor and a privilege to support you. Whatever it is you're feeling troubled by, I am here to support you and walk alongside you.
My Background and Approach
I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science at Utah Valley University. I then went on to graduate from Grand Canyon University with a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Prior to joining Summit Therapy I worked with adolescents and families at a residential center supporting adolescents with eating disorders. My therapeutic technique is a person-centered approach that encompasses a compassionate and mindful lens. I use an array of modalities in my practice such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindful Meditation, Gestalt, and more. My passion lies in supporting those who suffer from disordered eating, trauma, depression, spiritual transitions, stress, and relationship issues. I aim to help all my clients recognize their strengths and learn that they are the best advocates for themselves.
