About My Clients
We find ourselves seeking play, adventure, and relaxation all within the comforts that water can provide; but not all water feels safe, rejuvenative or cleansing. Perhaps your boat has sprung a leak, or you are out of gas, AND a heavy wind has carried you farther away from shore than ever before. My intention with Cove is to provide you a place where you can come as you are, with what you have, and work to get you feeling like you can master those seas once again.
My Background and Approach
I am a therapist passionate about helping people heal in their mind, body, and spirit through a plethora of modalities including Brainspotting, Nutritional Integrated Medicine, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, among other approaches to healing. I integrate compassion, empathy, as well as humor into my practice to provide a space intended to feel comfortable, relaxed, and safe. Be prepared to explore exercise, supplementation, as well as sleep to access growth, and to bring your own strengths and expertise to the table in our sessions.
