About My Clients
I am board certified to treat children, adolescents, and adult patients with various mental health concerns. My specialty areas include anxiety, depression, panic attacks, ADHD, mood disorders, and Autism.
My Background and Approach
I am a nationally board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. (PMHNP-BC) at Foresight in Rancho Bernardo. I received my Doctorate Degree from University of San Diego (USD). I believe in treating the whole person and taking a holistic approach in my treatment. I incorporate cognitive behavior therapy, interpersonal therapy, and solution focused therapy techniques in my medication management visits.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I also believe in giving back to future nurse practitioners by teaching NP students in my clinical practice and by being a clinical faculty member at USD. I truly appreciate the opportunity to facilitate positive changes in the lives of the people in my community.
