About My Clients
My clients seek self-discovery, understanding of themselves, and how to connect to the world. I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, difficulty trusting their judgment, grief, transitional life changes, and acculturation issues. My clients want to be heard, seen, and validated and to develop positive adaptive skills to improve their relationship with themselves and others.
My Background and Approach
I work collaboratively with you on developing self-discovery while providing a nurturing, supportive environment- loosening habituated patterns of avoidance, self-doubt, fear, and self-sabotage. My job is to help your nervous system heal from these enduring burdens so that we can reduce persistent feelings of self-doubt, inadequacy, and dissatisfaction.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Change is not easy, it's a process. My goal is to help individuals heal parts of themselves that are holding them back and live a more fulfilling life.
