My Background and Approach
My 12 years of experience in the mental health industry varies from residential, partial care, outpatient, in-home, and clinics. I work with clients 5 & up and specialize in ADHD, anxiety, and depression. I utilized a person centered therapy model and incorporate modalities such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. My approach focuses on elevating your therapeutic experience by taking you into account. Utilizing a holistic approach allows for genuine growth in many areas of your life. I work with you to tailor the treatment specificity for your needs while providing empathy and compassion to encourage growth.
