Life is unpredictable. The unknown causes unwanted feelings. Navigating those feelings, while finding solutions to problems, and keep things together is hard. We can find ourselves becoming depressed, anxious, angry, overwhelmed, or tired. It’s normal if we feel, process and then let go. However, we get stuck. I can teach you techniques and expose you to various tools, help guide you to a specific resolution, or just be a listening ear in a safe place. I can be that help so you are not alone.
My Background and Approach
Therapy is not meant to be a long-term process even though it can be for some people. I want to equip you with the tools needed so that when I am no longer a part of your life, you can manage things in a healthy way. I use a direct approach and I like to focus on your strengths although I do not ignore your areas of improvements. Helping you to identify and heal from things in your past that may be impacting your present and future is a part of the process. Dealing with the mind, body and soul gives you a holistic approach to a healthier life. We work together in partnership to reach your goal. I empower you so that you can take back control over your life and just be able to breathe again.
