My Background and Approach
As a Relational/ Experiential therapist specializing in hybrid Relationship and Sex therapy, my approach integrates core tenants of Emotionally Focused Individual/ Couples Therapy and The Gottman Method to bring deeper emotional insight and practical skills-building into the work. This balance best enables you to take the work out of therapy and into your relationships.

We can always cultivate more meaningful connections, whether in an intimate partnership, biological or chosen family, or friendships.
