For the past 12 years, I have had the opportunity to help individuals work through and overcome challenges with: anxiety, depression, trauma, career burnout, stress management, and relationship issues. I have been blessed to be apart of several different fields but found the most fulfillment in private practice.
I like to customize each session to the client’s mood, needs and treatment plan. I believe in a solution focused session and while venting may be necessary that day, I will always move us forward. To do that, I subscribe to several different methods and techniques, including: mindfulness techniques, CBT strategies, gratefulness training, stress reduction techniques, motivational interviewing, challenging, goal setting, assertiveness skills and more.
I believe that a client centered - solution focused approach works best and that with you in the driver’s seat we can focus on your goals for each session and address the challenges that you feel are most important.
