You are not alone. It can feel completely isolating to struggle with heavy emotions like depression or anxiety, but you don’t have to do it yourself and you can find support through it. Seeking help and talking about some of our darkest and most difficult moments can be really challenging, and I am here to help navigate through it. My Background and Approach
Many teens and adults struggle with depression and anxiety that stems from identity, past traumatic events, and/or confusion and uncertainty of self and their future. Utilizing a culturally sensitive lens and through techniques like Brainspotting and DBT, I strive to help you build a sense of self-acceptance in a validating and safe environment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
You don’t have to experience your pain alone. I don’t assume anything when it comes to your story; you are the writer of your narrative and I am here to work together with you on what you feel is important or necessary. I invite you to reach out to me and take the step towards a better tomorrow.
