About My Clients
It is my mission to work with clients on their path of healing, wholeness and self-fulfillment. Whether its anxiety, depression, ADHD, highly sensitive people, relationships, mens issues, life transitions, psychedelic or non-ordinary states, or the burdens and challenges of life.
My Background and Approach
I provide individual, couples and child psychotherapy. Trauma, anxiety, depression, self criticism, neurodivergence, relational difficulties are just some of the challenges I offer support and help working through, understanding and creating long lasting change for a more meaningful and joyous life.I also work with couples, helping in recognizing repeating disruptive emotional and behavioral patterns, substituting defensiveness for clear, honest and vulnerable communication, and strengthening openness and intimacy. I offer support in integration of spiritual/shamanic experiences, bringing meaning to create personal change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I know anyone has the ability to change and grow, and become the self-author of their lives.I believe this is partly done through holding the right amount of curiosity, attention, creativity and trust to help nurture one to grow in the way they need to. I hold a radically non-judgmental frame for your whole being to understand itself, and what it needs to grow. This is much like a garden, and we are much like seeds that given the space, can grow into their full potential. With playful attention and care, I think you can unlearn habits, patterns or behaviors that no longer are in your best interest, however safe or disruptive they may seem, and begin anew, to self-author your life.
