At the start of therapy, I'll provide you with simple, proven techniques for effective communication which will allow for immediate growth within your relationship. Then, I'll integrate authentic, emotional work into the sessions to help you reach your goals for increased connection, trust, and intimacy. Relationships take a lot of energy.
