My Background and Approach
She uses her experience with all kinds of people, and issues, plus a combination of traditional counseling techniques and a holistic, integrated, intuitive approach to give you a way to actively do something to feel better and hopefully fully heal. She works to address the symptoms while healing the underlying causes and giving you a way to manage so you are in control of creating your own healthy, happy life. She is trained in EMDR, crisis debriefing, and energy psychology.
