You are: adult, teen, or child, coupled, or in a different kind of partnership or a family. You feel stuck, alone, afraid, angry, or confused enough that it’s getting in your way. You want to feel better and truly thrive.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have observed that combining the powers of unconditional love, kindness, proximity-repetition-play, and honoring each individual’s sacred path ultimately lead to positive, effective, life-altering, and life-enhancing transformation. Right use of our relationships is the vehicle to emotional maturity, inner peace, and sustainable happiness. I also believe that many folks are intergenerationally conditioned to settle for a life of suffering, settling, and aggressive denial. If you are lucky enough to actually hear your deepest heart crying out for effective support, if you desire a life beyond merely surviving, if you want to manifest courage and skills to actually thrive... then you might be ready for therapy... to do the most important work of your life.
