Life isn’t always easy. Sometimes, even the strongest people amongst us need a little bit of help to work through some of life’s more challenging problems. My Background and Approach
Knowledge is the key to understanding and awareness. Having a better understanding of of our behavior and the reasons for it is the start of change. My goal is to provide you awareness concerning mental health issues and provide the tools to help you navigate through some of the more difficult challenges you are currently experiencing using effective and proven therapy practices. My approach is a multimodal practice of therapy which allows me to fit you with what works for you from a number of proven and effective therapy practices.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The ability to change is a personal belief of mine that I hold close to my heart. Too often we simply do not have the tools to help us changed and grow as a person. Having the right tools to deal with negative thoughts and behavior is key to growing as a person and finding balance in our lives.
