About My Clients
Samantha utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) along with a person-centered approach. To enact change, she focuses on cognitive restructuring as a technique to help clients identify thoughts and patterns that influenced behaviors. Samantha believes creating a safe space for each individual who is seeking guidance is an important aspect of therapy. She also places a lot of value on building a positive therapeutic relationship with her clients.
