My clients are diverse, strong individuals who want to have safe space to share everything that is on their mind and have someone listen with compassion. I see teens through adults who are struggling with anxieties, mood and adjusting to life changes.

I offer hope. Part of you wants to talk to someone and not be judged. You want to have safe space to share everything that is on your mind and have someone listen with compassion, the compassion that you want to give yourself. It takes courage and you are ready. My approach is to meet you where you are and develop a plan together. I am responsive to your needs in figuring out how to achieve wellness. I'm here to listen. My approach is focused on you and your needs. I can provide walk and talk therapy if you are interested in a different approach. I have evening and weekend hours. I offer online video sessions as well. I look forward to meeting you
