About My Clients
Has life been challenging? Have you been labeled as an outcast, felt different from others or like you don't belong? Does identifying as your true self feel shameful, scary and uncomfortable. Are you experiencing an overwhelming sense of loneliness and isolation, feeling disconnected from those around you? How would it feel to be your true self and to be accepted just they way you are? I will provide you a safe place to explore who you are without judgement.
My Background and Approach
I consider myself a person-centered, trauma-informed, and harm-reduction therapist and believe that the therapeutic relationship and connection is of the upmost importance. I use direct feedback, humor, and authenticity in my approach.

I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is to create a safe and trusting enviroment for you to explore yourself. I believe that we each have the ability to create a life that is full, rewarding and complete with healthy connections.
