I am a certified clinical trauma professional, who provides therapy to those desiring a change through active work in gaining understanding, beginning to reflect and ultimately finding ways in coping. Through regular sessions, I provide support while navigating the parts of life that feel painful, confusing, and frustrating.
Together, we can work to resolve challenges, build on strengths, and provide you with insight and coping skills to help resolve trauma that continues to show up in your everyday life. I work from the holistic viewpoint and draw from approaches such as CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness work, and EMDR.
I began as a school counselor and I have learned so much in that role that I have a passion for helping adults now manage anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem and self-worth, relationships, and workplace issues. Sessions are a safe space for clients to explore and have a dedicated space each session to work on their goals towards feeling better.
