About My Clients
I create a safe, supportive, and non‑judgmental environment for every client, and understands the importance of empathy, trust, and kindness. Through my integrative client‑centered and holistic approach, I focus on the whole person to foster a successful therapeutic experience.
My Background and Approach
I am an ANCC Board Certified Psychiatric‑Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and a licensed clinician specializing in medication management and supportive psychotherapy. I received my Master's degree as an Advanced Practice Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from NYU. Through my clinical experience and training working closely with diverse and complex individuals, I have in‑depth knowledge around the diagnosis and treatment for many mental health conditions for clients of all ages, including but not limited to: Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, and Attention Deficit Disorders. I believe that personalized treatment plans that allow for healthy change based on knowledge and support can facilitate the progress of each of my clients towards reaching their goals and making positive changes to maintain productive and meaningful lives.
