About My Clients
If you feel like you're carrying the weight of the world, or that your traumatic experiences are stealing the color from life, or that you just don't know how to function anymore, I would like to extend a warm invitation to work with me. I work with people who are struggling with adulting, anxiety and depression, relationship hardships, self esteem, and traumatic experiences. I know that asking for help can be hard, and I offer a free consult so that you can decide if you'd like to work with me
My Background and Approach
I come from the approach that our relationship is the most important aspect of our work together. On the foundation of a safe and healing relationship, I hope to guide you towards healing in yourself and also provide you with new tools to manage life's difficulties. I am trained to use EMDR, and I enjoy an eclectic variety of other tools from narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems therapy, and more. I can accept PacificSource (only OHP, not commercial) or out of pocket payments.
