My Background and Approach

Therapy can be beneficial to anyone, regardless of where you are in your journey and I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in finding healing and safety while in therapy. I am trained in EMDR therapy and integrate an array of additional therapeutic modalities to meet you where you are. I also have extensive training in trauma and eating disorders and am aligned with Health at Every Size and Intuitive Eating.
