I truly believe in the power of play and I use play therapy techniques to help children express and process feelings during sessions. Through the use of play, children are able to resolve psychosocial difficulties and improve their overall functioning.

I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach to therapy so I use a wide range of therapeutic techniques and tailor my approach to the individual or couple that I am working with.

I have a strong background in couples counseling and have a passion for working with couples. I help couples resolve conflict and improve their relationship satisfaction.

I help couples and/or divorced parents learn to co-parent effectively and am a DCF-Approved Provider of the Family Stabilization parenting course required by the State of Florida.

I have a passion for working with couples to enhance communication, resolve conflict and improve relationship satisfaction.

I have extensive experience working with children ages 3 and up and my passion lies in working with children with behavioral issues.
