About My Clients
I believe that every individual has a unique path to emotional healing and my goal is to walk beside you on the journey. I have several areas of focus such as depression, anxiety, relationship & marital issues, bipolar disorders, grief & loss. I have extensive experience working with childhood & adulthood trauma & abuse. I am also passionate about working with individuals & families who have experienced or are experiencing issues regarding adoption and foster care.

use an integrative approach which means that I tailor the therapeutic tools and approaches to the individual need of each client. And together with shared decision making we work towards a goal and a plan. I work with you to be the best version of you that you want to be, building on your skills and strengths, and improving your over all well-being.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I provide a judgment free environment for my clients to feel safe when sharing their story with me. I consider it an honor when clients feel safe and free to share, therefore I believe that being open minded is the key to a powerful therapeutic relationship. I am culturally sensitive as I have my personal experience with being bicultural. I am also LGBQT informed.
