About My Clients

My Background and Approach
My initial focus was on residential treatment for individuals living with developmental disabilities and my passion is working within community-based care, serving all populations in all situations. I am a culturally sensitive and queer-affirming provider. I utilize a strengths-based, person-centered approach when working with individuals. I am skilled in cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques proven to aid individuals in improving their quality of life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe anyone can fulfill their goals and have a quality life. I provide a safe place for healing, mistakes, and awareness necessary to assist individuals in achieving their goals.
