Where are your current stressors? What areas of your life seem to cause you suffering? I work with relationship issues, anxiety, panic disorder, trauma and eating and body issues. I welcome the chance to help you regain or discover your strength to heal.
My Background and Approach
I have over 10 years experience in the mental health field and have been in private practice for over 5 years. I am certified in EMDR and love to use mindfulness based practices. It's not about being perfect or becoming someone else, I will help you reclaim and rediscover who you really are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that growth and healing is possible for all of us. I practice form a trauma informed and attachment based lens. I also take into account that our cultural, racial, and religious backgrounds inform so much of our development.
