About My Clients
She has counseled individuals & families dealing with depression, brief interventions including crisis management in the community and medical institutions including residential. She specializes in working with teens & young adult populations, and their families.
My Background and Approach
Throughout her career, she has worked with including counseling diverse populations that fall under vast range of socioeconomic statuses. Her training and experiences include violence against women including sexual assault & domestic violence, depression, anxiety, life stressors, grief and loss, experiential therapy (psychodrama).
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
She prides herself on building strong rapport 1st with clients because of her understanding therapy can be extremely difficult for anyone struggling with mental health issues. It's important that clients feel comfortable in order to fully share and express themselves during the darkest moments of their lives.
