My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors and beliefs to enhance self-acceptance. We are all innately resourceful and self-healers, and I’m passionate about guiding individuals towards finding peace and bringing balance to their lives. With the use of EMDR and DBT we can learn how to self heal and develop life skills to find balance in our life
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We are all doing the best we can, we have survived thus far, and now it is time to find peace and bring balance to our lives. My clients appreciate my gentle nature and genuineness, because I can’t expect you to be your real self, if I am not.
