About My Clients
I have experience working with individuals throughout the lifespan. I enjoy working with adults, couples, kink, and those in unconventional relationships to overcome a multitude of issues from communication, infidelity, sexuality, intimacy, anxiety, emotional regulation, separation, boundary issues, body image, and self-esteem.
My Background and Approach
I take a strengths-based approach, helping my clients to identify their innate abilities and grow additional skill sets to empower them in their achieving their goals. My goal is to be your partner in mental health. I am a graduate of The University of Colorado, a Nationally Certified Counselor, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy - Level 2. I have also completed additional training in sexual therapy and kink/BDSM affirming practices.

One of the most important aspects of how successful therapy can be is the relationship with your Counselor. My goal is to provide you with a safe, supportive, judgment-free space. I will meet you where you are, partner with you, and walk alongside you to achieve your goals. I am here to help you find joy and fulfillment in your life and relationships.
