About My Clients
My clients are humans at various spaces in their lives that are ready and not always prepared to explore their needs, wants, traumas and desires to create the narrative that supports their best selves. I am honored by others allowing me to experience a piece of their lives, explore and process their stories while writing new ones. I look forward to meeting you in your journey.
My Background and Approach
I approach therapy as the backseat driver to your journey. I work in approaches focused on narrative (changing the story) but also CBT, Experiential and Emotionally Focused therapies. I challenge folks to confront themselves and the person they have been compared to the person they want to be.
