Your goals are achievable! As a licensed mental health counselor and nationally board certified counselor since 2013, my job is assisting you in reaching the goals you've set out for yourself. I specialize in working with adults and couples. As a licensed mental health counselor, my specialties include anxiety, self-esteem, trauma/PTSD, depression, stress, life transitions, and grief counseling.
