My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a DBT therapist, I believe the therapeutic process creates a "real relationship between equals," and I strive to bring a sense of "realness" into therapy sessions so that we can be more effective in our work together. My hope is to help you create a "life worth living" in which you can be the best version of yourself and feel more confident in the resilient person you are.
