About My Clients
I would like to walk alongside you through your mental health challenges, life transitions, relational difficulties, grief, poor self-esteem, and trauma or anything else that may come up during therapy. Let's work together to overcome your obstacles.
My Background and Approach
With a Master of Education in Marriage and Family Counseling from Lamar University and a bachelors in General Studies with a concentration in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University, my education has well prepared me to offer evidence based treatments such as CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, and Rational Emotive Therapy to clients of all ages.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe each person is unique with their own unique story. In providing therapy, this is important in which type of therapy works for the person. The relationship between therapist and client should enforce the strengths of the client in healing.
