CBT is a long standing method of making sense of where we make wrong turns and how we can think differently for better outcomes in our life. It sounds simple and works great! It takes awareness and practice and creates a whole new outlook on life!

Mindfulness and meditation have been scientifically proven to help many people with many ailments. It allows us to counteract the chaos of our daily lives and find that inner voice and calm that steers us in the most helpful directions.

Women are dis-empowered in this culture on a regular basis. I support young women and adults in recognizing where they are losing their voice and how to re-ignite their strength.

It is a different world to parent in with technology challenges, cultural challenges and time challenges that make it exponentially more difficult to raise children today. I am here to help parents use their power, manage their children well and see the outcomes that they want to see in their relationships with their kids.
