I assist clients in healing from unhealthy/toxic relationships including narcissistic abuse that were present in the client's family of origin. I have trainings in cognitive behavioral therapeutic approaches to change limiting beliefs that increase negative emotional symptoms, as well as Rapid Resolution Therapy techniques to address unresolved traumas at the subconscious level to make lasting and quick changes.

I utilize psychoeducation, role plays, cognitive therapeutic approaches and family dynamics/system approaches to assist the client in changing limiting beliefs, gaining insight about their troublesome dynamics and showing them useful coping skills to relate to their family members. I implement Emotionally Focused Therapy to improve the quality and understanding of their relationships and communication skills.

I provide psychoeducation and cognitive behavioral therapeutic approaches to assist the client gain insight about the reasons for developing codependent patterns which stemmed from their family of origin dynamics and created an attachment trauma. I will assist you in breaking generationally dysfunctional cycles to relate to your own self and others in healthier ways. You will gain insight about how maladaptive patterns helped you survive while living in dysfunction.

I'm a Certified Trauma-Focused CBT Therapist and I am currently in the process of getting my certification in Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT). I have used RRT techniques on my current clients and it has been effective for them in assist them in decreasing their negative emotional symptoms and releasing unresolved traumas from the past.

I am Certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy which I use with individuals and couples in private practice, and have also used it with families in the past at substance use and eating disorders treatment facilities to create a better level of understanding and connection.

During my training in graduate school and clinical experience, I gained training experience in utilizing CBT to assist clients in identifying triggers and distorted beliefs that increase their negative emotional reactions to challenging situations. By challenging the thoughts and change them into more neutral/reality-based thoughts that decrease their troublesome symptoms, clients have gained insight as to how their negative thoughts impact their emotions which affect their behaviors.

I utilize psychoeducation and cognitive behavioral therapeutic approaches to provide insight on how dysfunctional family dynamics from childhood made you develop maladaptive/codependent patterns to survive due to experiencing attachment trauma. The codependent patterns are now hurting the quality of your relationships and your life. By learning healthy coping skills, you will improve the quality of the relationship to yourself and others. I also use Attachment-Trauma Therapy.

I utilize psychoeducation and cognitive behavioral therapeutic approaches to help you understand why abuse happens, and provide you healthier coping skills to prevent future abuse. I also incorporate Rapid Resolution Therapy techniques to work on limited beliefs at the subconscious level to free you from pain from past traumas and be able to reclaim your life and take your power back! I also utilize Trauma-Focused CBT to assist you in processing unresolved traumas and self-regulation.
