Grief and Loss affects everyone differently. There are several types of grief, and I am here to help support someone when they are ready to process, talk about, feel or just sit with their grief.
Self-Esteem is something every person struggles with at some point or another in their lives. We are constantly bombarded with "ideals" of how to live our lives. In a space such as in therapy, there can be new ways of understanding self-love, self talk, and ways to empower yourself to be the person you want to be.
I have supported a wide variety of couples and relationships (romantic such as: polyamorous, open relationships, monogamous; non-romantic relationships such as: friendships, co-parenting, discernment for divorce). My practice is built on allyship for all types of relationships and supports building transparency between clients to get to their therapy goals.
Self-esteem is something every human being connects with. In therapy, we can discover your relationship with self love/self esteem and understand more of what is potentially blocking you from having a better relationship with yourself. Self Esteem can also be tied to how we perceive how others view us, and that is also a big topic that can be helpful to talk through in therapy. I have a history of supporting individuals who want to become a more empowered version of themselves.
Grief and Loss is so personal to your own experience. I am here to be a support for people experiencing the painful emotions, feelings, and thoughts connected to grief. Having consistent therapy can help lift some of the heaviness of grief and keep you consistent with self care while you are processing this pain. I am also a Certified Grief Informed Professional Counselor.
Life transitions are unavoidable. Whether it is starting off at college, separating from a spouse, losing a loved one, or maybe realizing you don't know yourself as well as you hope to. Navigating life transitions together can provide you with coping skills, wellness tools, building connection with others, understanding your emotions, and finding ways to feel supported through it.
I provide personalized trauma therapy and am trained in Complicated Grief and Trauma Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy skills. Trauma processing should be on your terms and we can figure out what helps your healing journey together.
