About My Clients
Are you feeling like you cannot break the cycle you are in? Are you & your partner(s) feeling disconnected? This is a great first step! My practice focuses on creating a supportive, culturally informed, spiritually aware, & non-judgmental space for you to feel safe discussing the things that are bringing you to therapy.
My Background and Approach
I have a Master's Degree in Couples & Family Therapy from Seattle University, & Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Applied Psychology. My LMFTA license is in the State of Washington (I can see clients across the state). I am also a Certified Grief Informed Professional. I have experience working with many presenting topics, some include: relationship/couples issues (ENM), depression, anxiety, self identity work, self love/self esteem, grief, trauma, health care workers, pre-/teens, adult survivors of childhood abuse & navigating life stressors. I use an eclectic approach to therapy to select theories based on what fits your personal needs & goals best. Let's start working together!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to process their emotions, thoughts, and feelings. My goal is to provide that for people who may not have ever had a safe, judgment free space in their lives or are feeling they could use a professional support system.
