About My Clients

Are you looking for someone to support you through a difficult experience, loss, or life change? If you are finding that you are trying to hold it together for what is going on right now, I can help. I know that feeling of being frayed at the edges- all the edges. Interactions between parents, kids, and other loved ones can be more challenging than ever when you are the one needing support.

My Background and Approach

I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and together we will create the right plan for you over our first few sessions. If you are new to counseling, I've got you. I will work with you at your pace, and keep you informed and your questions answered. I will at times offer my clients conversations about how therapy is going: I want you to have the best outcomes possible, and I will work hard to help you get there. In our work together, I will help you build your internal reserves so that you are taken care of first. We will work with any trauma history at a safe pace that supports your growth. My background includes a range of experience in the disability community, foster care, and maternal and child health. I love to support clients in their use of complimentary health practices like nutrition, bodywork, and yoga. I try to bridge these areas in my work with evidence-based, trauma-informed practices including EMDR.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
